Owning the audio stage: Skullcandy IFA exhibition stand design

A stand-out exhibition design

IFA is the world’s leading retail trade show for consumer and home electronics. To stand out from the crowd we created the best audio brand experience design in town. This was no typical trade stand but an experiential marketing activation themed like an open skate park. It presented Skullcandy as the original audio lifestyle brand, whilst showcasing product innovations within an immersive and interactive brand activation design - using directional ‘sound showers’.

Our creative exhibition stand was built using repurposed shipping containers, a fully circular design concept that could be taken on tour after the show. Like in NYC were we de-constructed the exhibition stand design, for an invitation-only product launch activation. After all, this brand experience was too good to go to waste.

IFA show-stopper: we worked with Skullcandy on their most creative exhibition stand to date, launching one of their most innovative product lines.
Circular design concept: we re-imagined & re-purposed shipping containers to house a unique experiential brand activation for their latest audio innovation.

Our exhibition design at IFA combines the energy, style and creative spirit of the brand with an immersive audio experience.

Experiential product marketing: visitors were immersed in white noise ‘sound showers’ to demonstrate the noise-cancelling technology of its Crusher ANC headphones.
Front row seats: our VIP showroom design provided a more exclusive and intimate brand space to host exclusive talks with product designers and marketing teams.
