A sustainable playground for the adidas community

Super connected and sustainable adidas DXB is the experimental centrepiece of Dubai Mall. It samples new ways of drawing in customers and debuts next-level omnichannel integration. We collaborated with the adidas team to bring together all that we know about their core consumer and provide its most enchanting experience yet. Here shoppers can try on apparel in immersive RFID powered fitting rooms or use the smart ‘bring it to me’ app feature wherever they are in the store. From customising product using the latest laser technology to learning about sustainability via reuse and remake workshops, this is the place to be. Visitors can also bring their favourite sneakers back to life at the Crep Protect experience.

The Crep Protect space doubles as an events space where influencers can hold workshops that embody sneaker culture. Visible from the exterior, it also introduces a live experience window into the store to enhance the consumer journey and provide an ever-changing backdrop.

Always thinking about the future, sustainability was a key element of the design. The space also features a dedicated area for sustainable collections and activism.
Influencers have a platform to educate brand fans around reuse, remake and recycle.

Adidas Originals your way! The Maker’s Lab is the ultimate customisation experience where visitors can customise products using the latest technology including laser engravings, printing, embroidery and more.

A great selfie moment - RFID powered fitting rooms provide an immersive experience that transports you to real world scenarios by changing the backdrop. In addition customers can browse stocks, sizes and products via smart mirrors.
Bring it to me - the adidas Originals app has a smart concierge feature where you can request products to be brought to you on the shop floor while browsing or to the fitting rooms for later.
